De basiscursus Chi Neng Qigong bestaat uit 8 lessen van 1,5 uur. In deze cursus wordt hoofdzakelijk aandacht gegeven aan de basis -oefeningen van Level 1 van Chi Neng Qigong. Deze helpen je te ontspannen en om beter in contact te komen met je lichaam, waardoor je meer energie krijgt.
Het combineren van werk, gezin, familie en een sociaal leven zorgt ervoor dat we een groot deel van de dag bezig zijn met het hooghouden van de balletjes die erbij horen. We multi-tasken ons een slag in de rondte en met al dat jongleren vliegt onze aandacht en dus ook onze energie alle kanten op. Meer energie begint daardoor ook met het verleggen van je aandacht van buiten naar binnen, door Chi Neng Qigong te beoefenen. In de basiscursus gaan we hiermee aan de slag.
Je ervaart je eigen grenzen, traint je uithoudingsvermogen en je leert om te gaan met wat je tegenkomt. Het zijn vaardigheden die in je dagelijkse leven goed van pas komen. Hierdoor ga je zelf meer ervaren en voelen wat de kracht van Chi Neng Qigong is en wat deze voor jou kan betekenen.
Je houding verbetert en bij regelmatige oefening merk je dat flexibiliteit, kracht en uithoudingsvermogen toenemen. Het accent in de basiscursus ligt op het bewust worden van de manier waarop je energie uitwisselt met de omgeving. Cursisten vragen regelmatig hoe belangrijk dagelijks trainen is. Simpelweg, hoe meer je traint hoe beter de resultaten worden. Je kunt het in je dagelijkse leven toepassen, trainen is meer dan het doen van de fysieke vorm alleen.
Na de basiscursus kun je verder trainen via de verdiepingscursussen.
